I’m an American, he’s a Brazilian, and this is a blog to document our travels and transcontinental relationship!
I am in my 20s and right now I live in Pittsburgh PA with my two cats. My fiancé Roberto and I are living apart while we navigate the US Immigration process. To answer the “when are you getting married?” question, as soon as the government lets us. If we get married while our visa is pending we will invalidate the process and need to start over again.
What else? I enjoy photography and I’m learning how to use the features on my DSLR. I am very interested in personal finance and investments, as well as entrepreneur-ship and passive income. I love yoga and I am hoping to develop my practice into something more spiritual. And, of course, I love all things travel!
Roberto is living in Brazil on his family’s dairy farm and running a construction business while he’s in Brazil. He loves soccer (Palmeiras) and plays for a team in his city. When he’s got a free moment he’s always planning parties and Brazilian barbecues. He also loves to travel and is especially fond of camping trips.
